An immersive dining space by the O.B.A.A.T team — where thoughtful architecture and crafted interiors set the stage for a journey from Delhi to Dakshin.
Designed and executed end-to-end by our studio, Delhi to Dakshin is a hospitality project that translates the idea of a culinary journey into a spatial experience. The brief called for a vibrant yet comfortable dining atmosphere that could host varied service styles while maintaining a cohesive identity. Back-of-house planning and service circulation were integrated early so the kitchen, service stations and staff routes support smooth operation without compromising guest comfort. The result is a resilient, service-ready restaurant where architecture and interiors work together to support hospitality, narrative and comfort.
